Veronica is a nationally certified group fitness and yoga instructor, and personal trainer. Her classes are core-centric and flowing, focused on developing strength, steadiness, and comfort in the body's abilities. Workouts address cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as balance and coordination.
Veronica is a Licensed Massage Therapist trained at the Swedish Institute. Her practice includes deep tissue, myofascial, and sports modalities. She uses deep tissue and trigger point work, stretching, joint mobilization, and acupressure to stimulate the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Veronica uses her knowledge of bodywork and movement therapies to create individualized sessions for specific needs. She is especially interested in helping to realign patterns of movement and build physical and mental strength to move beyond limitations.
